A Sherburne Man is Accused of Getting False Insurance Benefits

New York State Police in Norwich say a Sherburne man is accused of giving false information and bilking the New York State Department of Labor out of $9,261.

53 year old Todd Stockton allegedly had false insurance benefits mailed to his home in Chenango County.

He’s charged with felony grand larceny and falsifying business records.

Stockton’s been ordered to appear in Village of Sherburne Court later this month.
