A Man From Greene is Accused of DWI at 2X the Legal Limit

A Chenango County man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at more than twice the legal limit.

New York State Police say they arrested 56 year old William Say of Greene Monday after they stopped him on State Route 12 in Norwich for having a headlight out.

Officials say they measured Say’s blood alcohol level at .19%.

He’s charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
