A Binghamton Man is Charged With DWI Following Crash

Binghamton man is charged with drunk driving and driving left of pavement markings following a crash that left one person injured.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 41 year old Jason Doupe failed sobriety tests following the crash November 22.

Officials say additional charges are pending.
