A Bainbridge Man is Charged With Child Porn Possession

A Bainbridge man is accused of possessing child pornography.

New York State Police say 57 year old David Menard is charged with felony possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance of a child.

Officials say the charges followed a search of Menard’s Maple Manor Apartment on south Main Street.

He was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $10,000 bail.
