84-Year-Old Man Charged with Forcible Touching

Authorities say an 84-year-old Otsego County man has been charged with forcible touching.

According to state police, David Hotaling Jr. of Unadilla was arrested Wednesday (April 13).

Investigators say Hotaling faces the misdemeanor count in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred two months ago.

Hotaling was arraigned in Unadilla town court and released. He was ordered to return to court on May 14.
