3rd Arrest in 2010 Home Invasion Attack

A Pennsylvania man is being charged with burglary in connection with a home invasion in the Town of Barker five years ago that left a 50 year old woman severely injured.28 year old Shawn Bryant of Friendsville was arrested August 29.  He is the third suspect to be arrested in connection with the September 1, 2010 break-in where a woman was assaulted and items stolen.

The woman was found hours later by a family member and authorities say she is lucky to be alive, although she suffered debilitating permanent injuries.

26 year old Dustin Buckley of Binghamton and 25 year old Timothy Ellis of Binghamton were arrested earlier this month.

Ellis is charged with attempted murder and burglary while Buckley is charged with burglary.
