A Binghamton man is facing five felony counts after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force and Binghamton Police Community Response Team say they found 171 baggies of heroin a weapon and cash at his Oak Street apartment.

29 year old Antone Gory is Charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal possession of a weapon for having a defaced, loaded .22 caliber Ruger handgun and extra ammunition.

Police say they also found $441 in the apartment.

Ruger was to be sent to the Broome County Jail following his arraignment in Binghamton City Court.
