New York State police say they found over 100 packets of heroin in a search of an apartment on West Main Street in Endicott.

37 year old Reginald Parker was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia following the execution of a warrant by the troopers, Vestal Police and an Endicott Police K9.
