Hypodermic Found in Sanford Traffic Stop
New York State Police say they found a Deposit woman had a hypodermic needle in her possession when they stopped her vehicle March 11.
Troopers pulled 29 year old Nicole Mills over on State Route 17 in Sanford.
Officials say they found Mills was wanted on a warrant issued by Town of Sanford Court.
While she was being searched, authorities say they found she had a small amount of heroin and a hypodermic syringe.
Mills is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
She was sent to the Broome County Jail.
